There's nothing quite like watching the sun rise from the ocean.
Truly awesome.
To think it happens here every morning.
Wow.

So, what is a "mermate"?

 Baby mermaids who don't have their fins yet.

Yoga At Home

Everyone now has there own yoga mat and cushion. Which means, to me, we now each have our very own seat in this universe; our very own peaceful place on the planet to always retreat to and 'be at home'...right here at home!
